President of United Nations Security Council and Chairman of Military Staff Committee in April

 

NEW YORK, 31 March (UN Headquarters) -- In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following are the President of the United Nations Security Council and the Chairman of the Military Staff Committee for April:

Security Council

Adolfo Aguilar Zinser, Permanent Representative of Mexico, succeeds Mamady Traoré, Permanent Representative of Guinea, as President of the Security Council.

Military Staff Committee

Lieutenant General George W. Casey, Jr. (United States) succeeds Rear Admiral Anthony Dymock (United Kingdom) as Chairman of the Military Staff Committee.
