On-site tours 

Visitors Service Vienna offers guided tours of the Vienna International Centre for individual visitors in English and German every weekday Monday-Friday. Regular tour times are usually 11am, 2pm and 3.30pm. More information

Tickets

Please note that as a COVID-19 prevention measure all visitors must book a tour ticket online in advance. Walk-in visitors currently can not be accommodated. BOOK NOW

Important information

When visiting the VIC, please bear in mind the following:

  • COVID prevention measures must be observed by all visitors to the VIC.
  • You will have to pass a security check. Please do not forget to bring a valid official identification document (national ID card, passport or driving licence; a paper copy or a photo of the ID is not acceptable).
  • As the security check might get busy, we recommend you to be at the VIC at least 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour.
  • Small bags may be carried on tour. For security reasons there is  no possibility to store  luggage at the VIC.
  • The Visitors Service is closed on weekends and official UN Holidays, and there are no tours during the year-end period (24.12.2022-8.1.2023)
