SECURITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE INVITES MEMBER STATES
TO COMMENT ON SECOND REPORT OF AL-QAIDA AND
TALIBAN MONITORING GROUP
NEW YORK, 11 December (UN Headquarters) -- The Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1267(2003) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and Associated Individuals and Entities Committee would like to inform Member States that the second report of the above Monitoring Group pursuant to resolution 1455 (2003) is now available in English on the Committee’s website:

Those Member States wishing to comment on the report may do so by sending their comments in writing at their earliest convenience to the 1267 Committee Secretariat (Room S-3055G). Upon receipt of such comments, the Committee will decide on the format and date to address the issues raised in the Member States’ communications. Member States concerned will be informed accordingly.
