President of United Nations Security Council and Chairman of Military Staff Committee in April

NEW YORK, 30 March (UN Headquarters) -- In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following are the President of the United Nations Security Council and the Chairman of the Military Staff Committee for April:

Security Council

Wang Guangya, Permanent Representative of China, succeeds Ronaldo Mota Sardenberg, Permanent Representative of Brazil, as President of the Security Council.

Military Staff Committee

Rear Admiral Anthony K. Dymock (United Kingdom) succeeds Lieutenant General Nikolay M. Uvarov (Russian Federation) as Chairman of the Military Staff Committee.
