Al-Qaida, Taliban Sanctions Committee Provides States with Opportunity to Meet Committee Members
NEW YORK, 30 March (UN Headquarters) -- By paragraph 14 of resolution 1617 (2005), the Security Council reiterated the importance of having the Al-Qaida and Taliban Sanctions Committee provide States with an opportunity, at the Committee's request, to send representatives to meet with the Committee for more in-depth discussion of relevant issues.
