Security Council Committee Updates List of Those Subject to Measures Imposed by Resolution 1596 (2005) Concerning Democratic Republic of Congo
NEW YORK, 24 August (UN Headquarters) -- On 18 August 2006, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1533 (2004) concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo, updated the list of individuals and entities subject to the measures imposed by paragraphs 13 and 15 of resolution 1596 (2005).
The list has been modified to reflect the following changes and additions to the information concerning the individual formerly listed as Douglas Mpano:
Changes: surname: Mpamo; first name: Iruta Douglas; designation: "Owner".
Additions: alias: Mpano; birth date and place: 28 December 1965, Bashali, Masisi; address: Bld Kanyamuhanga 52, Goma.
