VIENNA, 17 September (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Observer of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the United Nations (Vienna), Günther A. Granser, presented his credentials to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Antonio Maria Costa.
Mr. Granser is also serving as President, International Council of the Organization for International Economic Relations (OIER); Chairman, Alpen-Adria Economic Organization; Executive Director, United Global Academy (UGA), Vienna, Stellenbosch; Board Member, Danube European Institute, Vienna; Member of the Board, United World College, Trieste; Advisory Professor, University of Graz; Publisher, Europa Journal and Global Panorama.
Mr. Granser holds a honorary doctoral degree from Technical University Perm.
He is married and has two children.
