New Permanent Representative of Panama
Presents Credentials

VIENNA, 16 March (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of the Republic of Panama, Ricardo Vallarino Pérez, presented his credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.
Mr. Pérez has served in various capacities during his career in the construction business. He founded his first construction company in 1977 and worked in general construction and was involved in the promotion and development of real estate.
Mr. Pérez holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is married and has three children.
