New Permanent Representative of Thailand
Presents Credentials

VIENNA, 9 November (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of Thailand, Princess Bajrakitiyabha, presented her credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.

Princess Bajrakitiyabha currently serves as Ambassador of Thailand to Austria and as Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Vienna.

Princess Bajrakitiyabha has served in various capacities, among them:

Provincial Chief Public Prosecutor attached to the Attorney General's office (2011); Deputy Provincial Chief Public Prosecutor (2009-11); Assistant Provincial Public Prosecutor (2008); Assistant Public Prosecutor (2007); First Secretary, Permanent Mission to the UN in New York (2005); Judge Advocate General Officer, Office of the Supreme Commander (2000-05).

Princess Bajrakitiyabha holds a Bachelor (LL.B), Master (LL.M) and Doctor of Science in law (J.S.D.). In addition she holds a Bachelor in Political Science (International Relations) and the degree of Barrister-at-Law.
