The winners of the competition from Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia will be present at the ceremony and are available for interviews.

Background information:

The Youth Short Film Competition on Human Rights 2013 invited students between the ages of 10 and 20 in Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, and Slovenia to produce a short film of maximum three minutes related to the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" with a special focus this year on children's rights and children seeking refuge. The competition is organized by the Film Festival on Human Rights "this human world" held annually in Vienna under the auspices of the United Nations Information Service (UNIS) in Vienna and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Austria with the support of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Art, Culture and Education.
