VIENNA, 10 November (UN Information Service) -The Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Yury Fedotov, will brief the Permanent Missions on the main findings of the Afghanistan Opium Survey 2014 - Cultivation and Production.
The report gives, among other things, an annual overview of the total area under opium poppy crop cultivation, potential crop production, affected provinces and Governor-led eradication efforts.
