VIENNA, 27 January (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of Poland to the United Nations (Vienna), Adam Bugajski, presented his credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.
Mr. Bugajski is also serving as Permanent Representative of Poland to the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
During his career, Mr. Bugajski has served in various capacities, among them: Security Policy Director, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2011-2015); Deputy Director of the Department of Strategy and Foreign Policy Planning, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2010-2011); Deputy Permanent Representative of Poland to North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) (2008-2010).
Mr. Bugajski holds a degree from the Gdańsk University and from the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw. He speaks English, French and has a basic knowledge of German.
Mr. Bugajski is married and has two children
