New Permanent Representative of Israel presents credentials

VIENNA, 10 November (UN Information Service) - The Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations (Vienna), Talya Lador-Fresher, presented her credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.

During her career, Ms. Lador-Fresher has served in various capacities, among them:

Chief of State Protocol and Head of the Protocol and Official Guests Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2010-2015); Minister Plenipotentiary, Embassy of Israel in London (2006-2010); Director, European Department of the Economic Affairs Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2003-2006); Advisor to the President on World Jewish Affairs, Office of the President of the State of Israel (2000-2003); Deputy Director, World Jewish Affairs Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1997-2000); Consul for Information, Consulate General of Israel in New York (1993-1997); Second Secretary at the Embassy of Israel in Kingston, Jamaica (1991-1993); Diplomatic Cadet, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1989-1991).

Ms. Lador-Fresher holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Political Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Ms. Lador-Fresher speaks Hebrew, English and German.

Ms. Lador-Fresher is married and has two children.
