The Permanent Mission of Japan to the International Organizations in Vienna and the
United Nations Information Service (UNIS) Vienna
invite representatives of the media to attend the opening of an exhibition
in cooperation with the Government of Japan and the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki
in the UNIS exhibition space on G05, Vienna International Centre (VIC)
The opening will be preceded by photo opportunity with all the speakers.
Artefacts from the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki will be displayed along with posters and photos showing the devastation of the two cities following the atomic bombing in August 1945. The exhibition will be seen by many of the 55,000 visitors who come on guided tours of the Vienna International Centre every year.

Representatives of the media are invited to a reception hosted by the Permanent Mission of Japan following the opening at 13:30 in the VIC Restaurant 'Mozart Room'
