New Permanent Representative of Serbiapresents credentials

VIENNA, 11 April (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of Serbia to the United Nations (Vienna), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Roksanda Ninčić, presented her credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.

During her career Ms. Ninčić has served in various capacities, among them:

Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (September 2016); State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2014-2016); Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral Cooperation (2012-2014); Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Head of the Mission of Serbia to the European Union, Brussels (2006-2012); Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Head of the Mission of Serbia and Montenegro to the European Union, Brussels (2005-2006); Chief of Cabinet to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and Montenegro, Belgrade (2004-2005); Political Adviser in charge of Security Council Affairs, Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to the United Nations, New York (2001-2004); Analyst, Vreme weekly (1990-2001); Correspondent of Borba daily newspaper (1987-1990).

Ms. Ninčić speaks English and French.
