New Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic presents credentials

VIENNA, 18 July (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic to the United Nations (Vienna), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Lourdes Gisela Antonia Victoria-Kruse, presented her credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.

During her career Ms. Victoria-Kruse has served in various capacities, among them:

Minister Counsellor, Embassy and Permanent Mission in Austria (since 2011); Minister Counsellor, Embassy in India (2010-2011); Minister Counsellor, Embassy in Germany (2004-2010). 

She studied Chemical Engineering at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.  

Ms. Victoria-Kruse speaks Spanish, German and English.

She is married and has three children.
