New Permanent Representative of Switzerland presents Credentials

VIENNA, 3 September (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the United Nations (Vienna), Wolfgang Amadeus Brülhart, presented his credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.

During his career, Mr. Brülhart has served in various capacities, among them:

Assistant State Secretary and Director General of Middle East and North Africa Division, Foreign Ministry (2012 - 2019); Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi (2008 - 2011); Head of the Cultural Section, Embassy in London (1999 - 2002); Counsellor, Embassy in Sarajevo (1996 - 1998); Private Secretary to Flavio Cotti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, (1993 - 1995), Private Secretary to Flavio Cotti, Minister of Home Affairs (1992 - 1993); Head of Studies and Planning, General Secretariat of the Christian Democratic Party of Switzerland (1987 - 1991).
