On World Humanitarian Day, we demand an end to attacks on humanitarians and all civilians. They need our support and protection, so they can continue to ease suffering and improve people’s lives.
As UN Secretary-General António Guterres says: “Celebrating humanitarians is not enough. We must all do more to protect and safeguard our common humanity.”
