UNIS Vienna participated at the yearly Career Fair "The Career Path" at the Economic University in Bratislava, held on 8 th and 9 th October 2013 in the main hall, organized by the Career Center of the Economic University.
Having an information stand, UNIS Vienna attracted dozens of Slovak and international students, searching for more details about career opportunities, internships, the YPP programme as well as other ways how to start working at the UN. Teachers were equally enthusiastic about the UNIS presence and discussed how to visit the UN in Vienna or the ways how to cooperate with UNIS Vienna. In the afternoon, Irene Höglinger-Neiva held a lecture presenting more in details all career options, process of application and selection, core values and competencies as well as gave some useful tips and advices while UNIS Consultant Jana Hönschová was answering questions at the Stand.
