PRESIDENT OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL AND CHAIRMAN OF MILITARY STAFF COMMITTEE IN FEBRUARY NEW YORK, 1 February (UN Headquarters) -- In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following are the President of the United Nations Security Council and Chairman of the Military Staff Committee for February: Security Council Adolfo Aguilar Zinser, Permanent Representative of Mexico, succeeds Jagdish Koonjul, Permanent Representative of Mauritius, as President of the Security Council.
