SECURITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE CORRECTS NAME
OF AN INDIVIDUAL TO ITS LIST
NEW YORK, 3 July (Department of Political Affairs) -- The Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1267 (1999) on 25 June 2003 added names of 17 individuals to its consolidated list (Al-Qaida Section) and a press release was issued to that effect on 26 June 2003 (SC/7803). Please note that the name of individual No. 17 should read as YANDARBIEV Zelimkhan Ahmedovich (Abdul-Muslimovich).
The list is updated regularly, on the basis of relevant information provided by Member States and regional organizations. An updated list is accessible at the Committee’s Web site:
