Chairpersons, Vice-Chairpersons of Security Council Subsidiary Bodies Elected for 2005
NEW YORK, 5 January -- Pursuant to paragraph 4 (b) of the note by the President of the Security Council dated 30 October 1998 (S/1998/1016) and after consultations among the members of the Council, it was agreed to elect the chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of the following sanctions committees and other subsidiary bodies for the period ending 31 December 2005:
Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 751 (1992) concerning Somalia:

Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 918 (1994) concerning Rwanda:

Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1132 (1997) concerning Sierra Leone:
Chair: H.E. Mr. Ronaldo Mota Sardenberg (Brazil)

Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1267 (1999) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities:
