Security Council Committee Concerning Côte d’Ivoire Adopts Guidelines for Conduct of Its Work
NEW YORK, 14 June (UN Headquarters) -- The Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1572 (2004) concerning Côte d’Ivoire adopted, on 13 June 2005, guidelines for the conduct of its work, to facilitate the implementation of the measures imposed by paragraphs 11 and 12 of the resolution, in accordance with paragraph 14 (e) of the resolution.
The guidelines will be transmitted to all States for their information, action, and use, as necessary, and will be posted on the Committee’s webpage: http://www.un.org/Docs/sc/committees/CITemplate.htm.
