School groups can book directly with us or organize a visit to the VIC through the Wien Aktion programme offered by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research, or through the "Rundfahrtenbüro" of the City of Vienna's Press and Information Service.
Group visits can be scheduled Monday-Friday and usually take place between 9:30 and 5:00pm. We accept group bookings for 20+ participants. Smaller groups wishing to book a private group tour may be accommodated, subject to availability, at a flat rate equaling the cost of 20 tickets.

Lecture Programmes
All tours are available in your choice of English or German. Group tours can also be requested in more than a dozen further languages including Arabic, Chinese, Czech, French, Hausa, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Slovene, Spanish, Tagalog, Tatar and Turkish, subject to the availability of tour guides.
Lectures are usually held in English.
