VIENNA, 8 April (UN Information Service) – The new Permanent Representative of Kenya to the United Nations (Vienna), Maurice Makoloo, presented his credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Ghada Waly.
During his career, Mr. Makoloo, who is also Ambassador to Austria, has served in various capacities, among them:
Vice President for the Africa Area Office, Habitat for Humanity International (2021-2024); East Africa Regional Director, Ford Foundation (2012-2021).
Mr. Makoloo holds a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in law from the University of Nairobi, South Africa. He is a certified leadership coach at Georgetown University, United States of America.
